60-minute Swedish relaxation
During your massage, we will focus on full-body relaxation. Pressure will be moderate, but can be adjusted as necessary to your preference. This is your massage, so it will be tailored to your needs that we will discuss prior to getting on the table. I’m available Monday through Thursday and Saturday. Cost for 60-minute massage is $100, but if you re-book, massage rate is $85 after initial massage. For an increased fee, I travel with my table. Please contact me for rates.

Chair massage
Chair massages can range from 5-30 minutes and are a great way to get into the most common trouble areas: shoulders and neck. I offer chair massage as an alternative to the table. Pricing for chair massage is $2/minute. If you are a place of business, or are planning a retreat or gathering, chair massage is a great way to show everyone a little more love. Base rate for group pricing is $100/hour and may or may not include mileage.

Additional offerings
In addition to Swedish massage, I also offer prenatal (side-lying), which is the same price as Swedish relaxation. For those looking for a little extra, I have hot stone and cupping as add-ons to any massage ($20.) Don’t forget about the kiddos! I will happily provide massage up to 30 minutes on the table (or 15 on the chair) for any youth, provided the guardian has provided permission.

Why choose my table?
The first thing we will do together is talk about how you are feeling. From there, we will design your massage together. I will offer specific techniques or may ask about certain positioning, but in reality, this is about you. We both want you to feel your best when you leave. Additionally, your massage clock doesn’t start when you walk in my door - it starts when you are on the table and ready. You get the full 60-minutes* dedicated to body work.

*fine print: your clock starts once you are on the table, assuming you have arrived to your appointment on time. If you are late, your clock still starts once you are on the table, but I will take off for tardiness. This is to ensure I have plenty of time to clean and disinfect before the next client arrives. Less than 24-hour cancellation fee applies and will be added to your next appointment.
